Our Pricing is very simple!
We charge a Flat Rate of $100.00 for the first hour or less of service.
If the Service call takes more than 1 hour, you have the option of paying for the next hour at the same rate, or discontinuing the support call. If we cannot schedule enough time on that date to repair all issues, we reserve the right to offer to complete the repair at a later date.
If we fail to repair at least 1 issue within the first hour, excluding if the issue is found to be a hardware issue, you are entitled to request a refund, which will be issued within 7 days.
Service is presumed to include diagnosis. If we determine that your issue is a hardware issue, and therefore not serviceable via remote technical support, the $100 service charge still applies. However, for our local customers, you have the option of bringing your device to our office located at 1658 S. Main St, Snowflake, Arizona and we will credit the $100 towards your repair essentially making the diagnostic portion free. In order to get this credit, you MUST deliver your system to our local office for repair within 15 days. Failure to do so will void your credit.
